179D Tax Deduction

The Energy Policy Act of 2005 allows deductions of up to $.60 /Square Foot for energy efficiency measures for Lighting, HVAC  and Building Envelope for a total of $1.80 /Square Foot, allowing our clients to confidently benefit from the tax savings hidden within their commercial real estate.. The 179D Certification is provided as a service to our clients at no charge for jobs 10,000 SF and above or $.06 /Square Foot.  We also perform independent 179D Certifications for jobs that may have already been completed or is being performed by another company.  Please ask us how you can maximize your green dollars.
